Last night I dreamt that I was taking the ACTs. I was in the AP lang/lit classroom but the far side was a massive dirt wall, because, our first three sections of the exam were weeding!!! Then, of course there was the reading section, haha, can't forget that.

Well, I woke up and went into weeding immediately at 5:45. But Harry helped us a long today. Got to love Harry Potter, and books on tape. After only an hour of weeding, we helped Drake pick a bunch of basil and mint to sell at the market tomorrow. Then, we returned to our weeding. There is a small patch of rice growing, and while weeding it, it gave me small rashes on my legs and forearms. Then, we pulled from the dirt, cleaned and stacked 50 cinder blocks that the farm was giving someone. I got bit by a lot more fire ants. I really don't like being bit by ants.

After we had finished our last day of farming, we returned to our bungalow, ate lunch, had cold showers, and quick naps and then headed out for some more diving. Today we dove the Ginger Steps. However, the three other new people who had joined our group today were a mess and very incapable at diving, which was a bummer. It took them a really long time to get down because they had the wrong weights and were struggling with their masks and BCDs. By the time we had gotten down and gone only about 100 meters, two of the guys already had 1400 psi in their tanks, which is after the point at which you should be turning your dive around. Frances and I, and our new friend Bruce, who has gone on a lot of dives with us, were all still at around 2600 psi. So we had to bring our new divers back to the boat with one of the guides before we could continue again. Because we had now started to go down on air, we couldn't go on the full route we had planned so we had to stay very close to the boat. I normally wear two wetsuits, but was really hot today and only wore one, so I got really cold this dive. But despite all the bumps in the road, it was still a fun dive. We saw a single trunkfish. Always a win.

For dinner, we sat in a lot of traffic while driving what should have been only a 15 minute drive into Road Town. The food was delicious, and the ice cream was even better.

Tomorrow, we go to bring our produce to market.

Hours today: 10
Hours total: 108
